A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict a governorship.

In the record

Mark Gordon (born March 14, 1957) is an American politician serving as the 33rd governor of Wyoming since January 7, 2019. The birth-card coordinate for March 14 is the 9 of Diamonds — a calendar position, not a forecast of the governorship.

The 9 of Diamonds coordinate

Mark Gordon's birthday maps to the 9 of Diamonds (The Universal Provider). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about a statehouse and not a verdict on Mark Gordon. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You give in a way you can sustain, and you let someone give back.

Where the record meets the 4 of Hearts

It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Mark Gordon, and not a forecast of a governorship.
