Governor of Oregon

Born September 30, 1966

The Reflective Heart

A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict a governorship.

In the record

Christine "Tina" Kotek ( KOH-tek; born September 30, 1966) is an American politician who has served as the 39th governor of Oregon since 2023. The birth-card coordinate for September 30 is the 7 of Hearts — a calendar position, not a forecast of the governorship.

The 7 of Hearts coordinate

Tina Kotek's birthday maps to the 7 of Hearts (The Reflective Heart). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about a statehouse and not a verdict on Tina Kotek. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You look at love clearly without using analysis as a way not to feel it.
