The 8 of Spades coordinate

Charles Haley's birthday maps to the 8 of Spades (The Powerful Mind). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about induction and not a verdict on Charles Haley. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You take the hard lead and you stay with the work after the call is made. Life-direction language from the harvested meaning, not a biography: Your curriculum is learning that power includes listening. You're learning that strength sometimes means stepping back. Under-expressed language from the same harvest: You step off the hook and resent the people who picked it up. Power unused still costs you.

The public formula uses only month and day. Solar value equals fifty-five minus twice the month minus the day. Values one through fifty-two map onto the deck from the Ace of Hearts through the King of Spades. Solar value zero is December 31, published here as the Joker. Card Blueprints does not remap that boundary to the King of Spades on these pages. Leap-day February 29 is computed directly and is not folded onto February 28. The year of birth is unused. No reading is generated and nothing here forecasts a roster, a vote, a championship, or a career. Evidence sentences are copied from the Wikipedia extract without paraphrase. If a Hall of Fame biography or an infobox day disagrees with Wikidata, the person is omitted instead of reconciled by guesswork. Attribution stays on Wikidata, Wikipedia, and the Hall of Fame record. Gregorian day precision is required; Wikidata claims are CC0. Sitelinks and wbgetentities are the identity crosswalk. Conflicts stay uninvented. Remainder dates are not disambiguated by hand.

He won two Super Bowls with the 49ers (XXIII, XXIV) and three with the Cowboys (XXVII, XXVIII, XXX); starting in all five championship games. Haley was inducted to the College Football Hall of Fame in 2011 and the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2015. Haley was born in Gladys, Virginia. He attended William Campbell High School in Naruna, Virginia, where he was a three-year starter for the football team, playing linebacker and tight end. As a senior, he received defensive player of the year honors, All-Region III and All-Group AA accolades, while helping the team win the Seminole District championship. He also played basketball and was an All-district selection.

Where the record meets the 8 of Spades

A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Charles Haley, and not a forecast of induction.
