In the record

Sidney Gillman (October 26, 1911 – January 3, 2003) was an American football player, coach and executive. The birth-card coordinate for October 26 is the 9 of Hearts — a calendar position, not a forecast of a Hall of Fame vote.

Wikipedia summary

Sidney Gillman was an American football player, coach and executive. Gillman's insistence on stretching the football field by throwing deep downfield passes, instead of short passes to running backs or wide receivers at the sides of the line of scrimmage, was instrumental in making football into the modern game that it is today. He was inducted as a coach into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1983, and the College Football Hall of Fame in 1989.

The 9 of Hearts coordinate

Sid Gillman's birthday maps to the 9 of Hearts (The Compassionate Idealist). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about induction and not a verdict on Sid Gillman. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You stay kind without picking up what is not yours. Life-direction language from the harvested meaning, not a biography: Your curriculum is learning that you are not exempt from the care you give. You're learning to release what was never yours to carry. Under-expressed language from the same harvest: You collapse into helping and then resent the people you are carrying. The ideal was cleaner than the work.

The public formula uses only month and day. Solar value equals fifty-five minus twice the month minus the day. Values one through fifty-two map onto the deck from the Ace of Hearts through the King of Spades. Solar value zero is December 31, published here as the Joker. Card Blueprints does not remap that boundary to the King of Spades on these pages. Leap-day February 29 is computed directly and is not folded onto February 28. The year of birth is unused. No reading is generated and nothing here forecasts a roster, a vote, a championship, or a career. Evidence sentences are copied from the Wikipedia extract without paraphrase. If a Hall of Fame biography or an infobox day disagrees with Wikidata, the person is omitted instead of reconciled by guesswork. Attribution stays on Wikidata, Wikipedia, and the Hall of Fame record. Gregorian day precision is required; Wikidata claims are CC0. Sitelinks and wbgetentities are the identity crosswalk. Conflicts stay uninvented. Remainder dates are not disambiguated by hand.

A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Sid Gillman, and not a forecast of induction.
