Leon M. Lederman's Birth Card: The King of Clubs
The Master Leader
A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict a Nobel Prize.
In the record
Leon Max Lederman (July 15, 1922 – October 3, 2018) was an American experimental physicist who received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1988, along with Melvin Schwartz and Jack Steinberger, for research on neutrinos. The birth-card coordinate for July 15 is the King of Clubs — a calendar position, not a forecast of the 1988 Physics prize.

1988 — The Nobel Prize in Physics
“for the neutrino beam method and the demonstration of the doublet structure of the leptons through the discovery of the muon neutrino”
Shared with Jack Steinberger (7♣), Melvin Schwartz (5♦). The award was divided; this laureate's listed portion is 1/3.

The King of Clubs coordinate
Leon M. Lederman's birthday maps to the King of Clubs (The Master Leader). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about a Nobel Prize and not a verdict on Leon M. Lederman. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You make the intellectual call in the open and you can revise it.
Leon M. Lederman in the public record
He also received the Wolf Prize in Physics in 1982, along with Martin Lewis Perl, for research on quarks and leptons. Lederman was director emeritus of Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) in Batavia, Illinois. He founded the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, in Aurora, Illinois in 1986, where he was resident scholar emeritus from 2012 until his death in 2018. An accomplished scientific writer, he became known for his 1993 book The God Particle establishing the popularity of the term for the Higgs boson. Lederman was born in New York City, New York, to Morris and Minna (Rosenberg) Lederman. His parents were Ukrainian-Jewish immigrants from Kyiv and Odesa. Lederman graduated from James Monroe High School in the South Bronx, and received his bachelor's degree from the City College of New York in 1943. Lederman enlisted in the United States Army Signal Corps during World War II, intending to become a physicist after his service.

Where the record meets the King of Clubs
A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Leon M. Lederman, and not a forecast of a Nobel Prize.

Birth card from the month and day. Karma cards are fixed to the birth card. The planetary ruling card comes from the sun sign's ruling planet — the signs with two rulers carry two. The Life Spread is the birth card's fixed row of nine in the Life Spread — the cards that colour each 52-day period for life. Planetary period and long-range cards move year by year and are not shown on a static page.

FAQ
- What is Leon M. Lederman's birth card?
- The King of Clubs. July 15 maps to that card through the public Card Blueprints formula. The year of birth is not used.

- No. These pages are coordinates, not fortune-telling. A birth card names a calendar day in a 52-card year. It does not forecast prizes, character, or fate.
- Where do Leon M. Lederman's dates come from?
- Birth date 1922-07-15 is the Nobel Prize API v2.1 day-precision date, verified against Wikidata P569 (CC0, day precision, Gregorian preferred). The two sources match.
