Al McKay's Birth Card: The 10 of Spades

2000 Performers with Earth, Wind & Fire

Born February 2, 1948

The Completed Mind

A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction.

In the record

Albert Phillip McKay (born February 2, 1948) is an American guitarist, songwriter, and record producer. The birth-card coordinate for February 2 is the 10 of Spades — a calendar position, not a forecast of the 2000 Performers with Earth, Wind & Fire induction.

Rock Hall record

The 10 of Spades coordinate

Al McKay's birthday maps to the 10 of Spades (The Completed Mind). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame vote and not a verdict on Al McKay. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You do the difficult curriculum in front of you without adding the ones that are not yours.

Where the record meets the 10 of Hearts

A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Al McKay, and not a forecast of induction.

Planetary ruling card, karma and Life Spread

Birth card from the month and day. Karma cards are fixed to the birth card. The planetary ruling card comes from the sun sign's ruling planet — the signs with two rulers carry two. The Life Spread is the birth card's fixed row of nine in the Life Spread — the cards that colour each 52-day period for life. Planetary period and long-range cards move year by year and are not shown on a static page.

You make room for a lot of people and still keep a self inside the room. Your heart works at scale—you create belonging for families, groups, and communities, not just individuals. You're the one who makes everyone feel included, the emotional center of gravity in a room. Love, for you, is something you build collectively.
