In the record

Mathis James Reed (September 6, 1925 – August 29, 1976) was an American blues musician and songwriter. The birth-card coordinate for September 6 is the 5 of Diamonds — a calendar position, not a forecast of the 1991 Performers induction.

The 5 of Diamonds coordinate

Jimmy Reed's birthday maps to the 5 of Diamonds (The Dynamic Entrepreneur). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame vote and not a verdict on Jimmy Reed. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You adjust the resource plan when the ground moves, without pretending nothing changed.

Jimmy Reed in the public record

His particular style of electric blues was popular with a wide variety of audiences. Reed's songs such as "Honest I Do" (1957), "Baby What You Want Me to Do" (1960), "Big Boss Man" (1961), and "Bright Lights, Big City" (1961) appeared on both Billboard magazine's R&B and Hot 100 singles charts. Reed influenced many other musicians, including Elvis Presley, Hank Williams Jr., Bob Dylan, Neil Young, and the Rolling Stones, who recorded his songs. Music critic Cub Koda describes him as "perhaps the most influential bluesman of all," due to his easily accessible style. Reed was born in Dunleith, Mississippi. He learned the harmonica and guitar from his friend Eddie Taylor. After several years of busking and performing there, he moved to Chicago, Illinois, in 1943. He was then drafted into the U.S.

Planetary period and long-range cards move year by year and are not shown on a static page.
