Otis Williams's Birth Card: The 5 of Hearts
The Restless Heart
A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction.

The 5 of Hearts coordinate
Otis Williams's birthday maps to the 5 of Hearts (The Restless Heart). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame vote and not a verdict on Otis Williams. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You let love change shape without using motion as a way out of being seen.
Otis Williams in the public record
He is occasionally also a songwriter and a record producer. Williams is a co-founder and last surviving original member of the Motown vocal group the Temptations, a group in which he continues to perform; he also owns the rights to the Temptations name. Williams was born Otis Miles Jr. in Texarkana, Texas, to Otis Miles and Hazel Louise Williams. The couple separated shortly after their son's birth. While he was still a toddler, his mother married and moved to Detroit, Michigan, leaving the young Otis to be raised by both of his grandmothers in Texarkana. Hazel Williams moved her son to Detroit when he was ten years old, where he lived with her and his stepfather. Becoming interested in music as a teenager, Otis Miles Jr. adopted his mother's maiden name for his stage name, and as Otis Williams put together a number of singing groups. These groups included Otis Williams and the Siberians, the El Domingoes, and the Distants.

Where the record meets the 4 of Diamonds
A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Otis Williams, and not a forecast of induction.

The Life Spread is the birth card's fixed row of nine in the Life Spread — the cards that colour each 52-day period for life. Planetary period and long-range cards move year by year and are not shown on a static page.
