In the record

Perry Archangelo Bamonte (3 September 1960 – 24 December 2025) was an English musician and artist, best known as a guitarist and keyboardist for the Cure from 1990 to 2005, and again from 2022 to 2025. The 8 of Diamonds coordinate

Perry Bamonte's birthday maps to the 8 of Diamonds (The Businessman). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame vote and not a verdict on Perry Bamonte. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You run the money system in the open and you can explain the call.

Perry Bamonte in the public record

He was also the bassist for Love Amongst Ruin. Bamonte was born in London, England, on 3 September 1960. He was known as Teddy. He spent his early childhood in Basildon and grew up on the coast of Essex. His younger brother Daryl worked as a tour manager for the Cure and Depeche Mode, and via this connection Perry joined the Cure's road crew in 1984. He eventually became the guitar technician and personal assistant for group leader Robert Smith. Already a guitarist, during this period Bamonte was taught to play piano and keyboards by Smith's sister Janet. When keyboardist Roger O'Donnell left the Cure in 1990, Bamonte was promoted to a full member of the band, playing both keyboards and guitar regularly, as well as six-string bass and percussion occasionally.

Birth card from the month and day. Karma cards are fixed to the birth card. The planetary ruling card comes from the sun sign's ruling planet — the signs with two rulers carry two. The Life Spread is the birth card's fixed row of nine in the Life Spread — the cards that colour each 52-day period for life. Planetary period and long-range cards move year by year and are not shown on a static page.

No sentence in the sourced record shows a clear echo of the published language for 8♦, 7♣, Q♠, K♠, 3♥, A♣, Q♣, 10♠, 5♣, 3♦, A♠, 7♥, 7♦. None is claimed here. The coordinate rests on the calendar date alone, and this page does not forecast induction.

Also on the record

  1. His first album with the Cure was Wish in 1992, and he remained with the band for their next three albums.
  2. Due to the departure of guitarist Porl Thompson and the return of Roger O'Donnell during this period, Bamonte's duties for the band shifted to a stronger focus on guitar and less on keyboards.
  3. In 2005, Bamonte and O'Donnell were dismissed by Smith, who reportedly wanted to reinvent the band as a three-piece.
  4. Despite the abrupt dismissal and the lack of an official statement describing the reason, Bamonte and Smith remained on amicable terms.
