The 5 of Clubs coordinate

William Anders was born October 17, 1933 (1933-10-17). Month 10 and day 17 give solar value 18, which is the 5 of Clubs (The Dynamic Innovator). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day). The year 1933 is unused, so William Anders's 1933 birth year does not move the card. The 5 of Clubs does not predict a TIME Person of the Year selection and is not a verdict on William Anders. Quoted system copy for the 5 of Clubs, not a biography of William Anders: You pressure-test a stale idea in public and let the better one win. Your mind craves novelty, variety, and freedom.
