Richard Kiley's Birth Card: The 5 of Clubs
The Dynamic Innovator
A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict an Emmy.
In the record
Richard Paul Kiley (March 31, 1922 – March 5, 1999) was an American stage, film, and television actor and singer. The birth-card coordinate for March 31 is the 5 of Clubs — a calendar position, not a forecast of the 1988 Lead Actor in a Drama Series (A Year in the Life) win.

The 5 of Clubs coordinate
Richard Kiley's birthday maps to the 5 of Clubs (The Dynamic Innovator). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about an Emmy and not a verdict on Richard Kiley. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You pressure-test an idea in public and let the better one win.
Richard Kiley in the public record
He is best known for his distinguished theatrical career in which he twice won the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical. Kiley originated the role of Don Quixote in the original 1965 production of the Broadway musical Man of La Mancha and was the first to sing and record "The Impossible Dream", the hit song from the show. In the 1953 hit musical Kismet, he played the Caliph in the original Broadway cast and as such was one of the quartet who sang "And This Is My Beloved". He also won four Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards during his five-decade career and his "sonorous baritone" was also featured in the narration of a number of documentaries and other films. At the time of his death, Kiley was described as "one of theater's most distinguished and versatile actors" and as "an indispensable actor, the kind of performer who could be called on to play kings and commoners and a diversity of characters in between."

Where the record meets the King of Hearts
A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Richard Kiley, and not a forecast of an Emmy.
