A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict an Olympic medal.

The Jack of Clubs coordinate
Brendan Hansen was born August 15 (1981-08-15). Month 8 and day 15 give solar value 24, which is the Jack of Clubs (The Creative Messenger). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day). The year 1981 is unused. The Jack of Clubs does not predict Olympic results and is not a verdict on Brendan Hansen for United States. Quoted system copy for the Jack of Clubs, not a biography of Brendan Hansen: You bring a new angle and stay long enough for someone to test it. You bring new thinking and inspiration. You're the one who shifts how people think about things. You have the gift of the "aha moment."

Where the record meets the 2 of Spades
A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Brendan Hansen, and not a forecast of a gold medal.

The planetary ruling card for this birthday is the birth card itself, J♣, so it adds no further cards to the path.
Birth card from the month and day. Karma cards are fixed to the birth card. The planetary ruling card comes from the sun sign's ruling planet — the signs with two rulers carry two. The Life Spread is the birth card's fixed row of nine in the Life Spread — the cards that colour each 52-day period for life.
