Helmer Mörner's Birth Card: The Jack of Diamonds
The Successful Messenger
A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict an Olympic medal.
In the record
Helmer Fredrik Gustafsson Mörner (8 May 1895 – 5 January 1962), also known as Graf Helmer Morner, was a Swedish horse rider, who won individual and team gold medals in eventing at the 1920 Summer Olympics. The birth-card coordinate for May 8 is the Jack of Diamonds — a calendar position, not a forecast of Helmer Mörner's 2 Summer Olympic gold medals in equestrian sport.
Summer Olympic gold record
Wikidata records 2 Summer Olympic gold medals in equestrian sport for Sweden across 1920. Only Summer Games gold medals count here. Winter-only careers and single-gold athletes are out of this pack. The medal list is a public award record for Helmer Mörner (Q770073), not a reading of character. 1920: gold in equestrian at the 1920 Summer Olympics – individual eventing in equestrian sport. 1920: gold in equestrian at the 1920 Summer Olympics – team eventing in equestrian sport.

The Jack of Diamonds coordinate
Helmer Mörner was born May 8 (1895-05-08). Month 5 and day 8 give solar value 37, which is the Jack of Diamonds (The Successful Messenger). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day). The year 1895 is unused. The Jack of Diamonds does not predict Olympic results and is not a verdict on Helmer Mörner for Sweden. Helmer Mörner in the public record
In 1914 Mörner enlisted to the Wendes Artillery Regiment (A 3) in Kristianstad, and served there until 1947 when he became professor at the Uppsala University. He left no descendants after his death. Mörner was preparing for the 1920 Olympics with a Russian horse, but it had to be replaced in the last moment due to a leg injury. The substitute horse was known as Germania, but it was renamed to Geria to avoid bringing up the name of Germany at the first Games after World War I. Where the record meets the Jack of Clubs
A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Helmer Mörner, and not a forecast of a gold medal.
