Igor Novikov was born October 19 (1929-10-19). Month 10 and day 19 give solar value 16, which is the 3 of Clubs (The Creative Communicator). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day). The year 1929 is unused. The 3 of Clubs does not predict Olympic results and is not a verdict on Igor Novikov for Soviet Union.
