Vilhelm Carlberg's Birth Card: The 3 of Spades
The Sorrowful Truth
A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict an Olympic medal.
In the record
Gustaf Vilhelm Carlberg (5 April 1880 – 1 October 1970) was a Swedish Army officer and sports shooter. The birth-card coordinate for April 5 is the 3 of Spades — a calendar position, not a forecast of Vilhelm Carlberg's 3 Summer Olympic gold medals in shooting sports.
Summer Olympic gold record
Wikidata records 3 Summer Olympic gold medals in shooting sports for Sweden across 1912. Only Summer Games gold medals count here. Winter-only careers and single-gold athletes are out of this pack. The 3 of Spades coordinate
Vilhelm Carlberg was born April 5 (1880-04-05). Month 4 and day 5 give solar value 42, which is the 3 of Spades (The Sorrowful Truth). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day). The year 1880 is unused. The 3 of Spades does not predict Olympic results and is not a verdict on Vilhelm Carlberg for Sweden. Quoted system copy for the 3 of Spades, not a biography of Vilhelm Carlberg: You stay with the hard feeling long enough to learn it, then you let the day continue. You see what's wrong, what's broken, what's unfair. Your mind is naturally oriented toward problems and suffering. You're the truth-teller about darkness.
Vilhelm Carlberg in the public record
He competed at the 1908, 1912, and 1924 Olympics and won three gold and four silver. With three gold and two silver medals he was the most successful athlete at the 1912 Olympics. In 1913, he won two medals at the ISSF World Shooting Championships. His twin brother Eric competed alongside Gustaf at all those four Olympics. Vilhelm and Eric were the youngest of four children of a veterinarian, who died when they were 12 years old. The twins became military officers in 1901 and retired with the rank of major. In 1911, they became physical education instructors. Besides shooting, Vilhelm was a keen gymnast who participated in the exhibition at the 1906 Olympics and helped organize gymnastics events at the 1912 Games.

Where the record meets the 3 of Spades
A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Vilhelm Carlberg, and not a forecast of a gold medal.
