The Queen of Hearts coordinate
Booth Tarkington was born July 29, 1869 (1869-07-29). Month 7 and day 29 give solar value 12, which is the Queen of Hearts (The Devoted Nurturer). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day). The year 1869 is unused, so Booth Tarkington's 1869 birth year does not move the card. The Queen of Hearts does not predict a Pulitzer Prize for Fiction and is not a verdict on Booth Tarkington. Quoted system copy for the Queen of Hearts, not a biography of Booth Tarkington: You take care of people from presence, not from scanning for what they might need next. Booth Tarkington in the public record
He is one of only four novelists to win the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction more than once, along with William Faulkner, John Updike, and Colson Whitehead. In the 1910s and 1920s he was considered the greatest living author in the United States. Several of his stories were adapted to film. During the first quarter of the 20th century, Tarkington, along with Meredith Nicholson, George Ade, Gene Stratton-Porter and James Whitcomb Riley helped create a Golden Age of literature in Indiana. Tarkington served one term in the Indiana House of Representatives, was critical of the advent of automobiles, and set many of his stories in the Midwest. He eventually moved to Kennebunkport, Maine, where he continued to work even as he suffered a loss of vision. He is often cited as an example of an author who enjoyed great success when alive, but whose reputation and influence did not survive his death.

Where the record meets the 9 of Clubs
A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Booth Tarkington, and not a forecast of a Pulitzer.
