David A. Wolf's Birth Card: The 3 of Clubs
The Creative Communicator
A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict a spaceflight.
In the record
David Alexander Wolf (born August 23, 1956) is an American retired astronaut, medical doctor and electrical engineer. The birth-card coordinate for August 23 is the 3 of Clubs — a calendar position, not a forecast of a flight assignment.
The 3 of Clubs coordinate
David A. Wolf's birthday maps to the 3 of Clubs (The Creative Communicator). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day), and the year is unused. It is not a prediction about a mission and not a verdict on David A. Wolf. The card's own language, quoted as system copy rather than biography: You move an idea across more than one channel without abandoning the one that needs depth.
David A. Wolf in the public record
Wolf has been to space four times. Three of his spaceflights were short-duration Space Shuttle missions, the first of which was STS-58 in 1993, and his most recent spaceflight was STS-127 in 2009. Wolf also took part in a long-duration mission aboard the Russian space station Mir which lasted 128 days, and occurred during Mir EO-24. He was brought to Mir aboard STS-86 in September 1997, and landed aboard STS-89 in January 1998. In total Wolf has logged more than 4,040 hours in space. He is also a veteran of seven spacewalks totaling 41hrs 17min in both Russian and American spacesuits. Wolf was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated from North Central High School. He then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University, where he graduated with distinction and became a brother in the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.

Where the record meets the 3 of Spades
A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about David A. Wolf, and not a forecast of a spaceflight.
