Cardology for Coworkers and Teams

Hearts colleagues work through relationships: morale, loyalty, and the human texture of the team. Diamonds track value: budgets, priorities, and whether the effort is worth it. Clubs generate ideas and words. Spades put their heads down and build.

A team heavy in one suit has a predictable tilt. All Clubs and no Spades plans brilliantly and ships late; all Spades and no Hearts delivers everything except retention.

The spread positions that run hottest at work are Mars and Saturn. A Mars colleague is your natural sparring partner: energizing on a shared goal, exhausting in a turf war. A Saturn boss grades harder than the org chart requires, and a Saturn report is oddly hard to correct without weight.

Knowing a pairing is positionally charged changes how you take it. The friction stops reading as a character flaw and starts reading as a current to manage.

Workplace card reading is for your own understanding first. Calculating colleagues' cards from public birthdays for private reflection is one thing; announcing diagnoses in a meeting is another.

And the standing limit applies with extra force at work: cards are reflection language, not grounds for hiring, evaluation, or any personnel judgment.
