Nelson Diebel's Birth Card: The Jack of Clubs
The Creative Messenger
A birth card is a calendar coordinate for the month and day. It is not fortune-telling and does not predict an Olympic medal.

Summer Olympic gold record

The Jack of Clubs coordinate
Nelson Diebel was born November 9 (1970-11-09). Month 11 and day 9 give solar value 24, which is the Jack of Clubs (The Creative Messenger). Card Blueprints treats that as a 365-day coordinate: solar value = 55 − (2 × month + day). The year 1970 is unused. The Jack of Clubs does not predict Olympic results and is not a verdict on Nelson Diebel for United States. Quoted system copy for the Jack of Clubs, not a biography of Nelson Diebel: You bring a new angle and stay long enough for someone to test it. You bring new thinking and inspiration. You're the one who shifts how people think about things. You have the gift of the "aha moment."
Nelson Diebel in the public record
Diebel (born November 9, 1970) is an American former competition swimmer, Olympic champion, and former world record-holder. Nelson Diebel III was born on November 9, 1970 in Hinsdale, Illinois, to Nelson W. Diebel Jr., a History professor at nearby Moraine Valley Community College, and Marge Diebel, a stockbroker. Nelson grew up in Western Springs, a suburb of Chicago. Several accounts link Nelson's youthful rebellious behavior to his parents' divorce around 1982 when he was 12. Nelson attended McClure Junior High, already showing a certain rebellious nature. He began high school at Lyons Township High School in Western Springs, where Nelson noted he may have been in a few fights. After a case of pneumonia led him to miss 11 weeks of his Freshman year at Lyons Township, his mother Marge arranged for him to attend the Kent School, a private boarding school in Kent, Connecticut.

Where the record meets the Jack of Clubs
A card is a calendar coordinate, not a cause. What follows sets one line of the card's own published language beside one sentence of the sourced record, paired by a documented rule. It is a resemblance offered for the reader to weigh — not a claim about Nelson Diebel, and not a forecast of a gold medal.
